Information on this page will assist research site personnel with accessing the Digital Data Submission Information (DDSI) form and submitting digital data via TRIAD.

RT non-DICOM data Uploads to TRIAD

• Any non-DICOM data uploaded to TRIAD including screenshots, datasheets, documents, etc.
• Please note: TRIAD will NOT de-identify non-DICOM data.

 
Please ensure that all PHI is fully redacted from all data submissions, verifying all pages are checked prior to upload.

Information for Completing the New Digital Data Submission Information (DDSI) Form

• Obtain CTEP- IAM username and password to login to DDSI.
